生长曲线尾端,每吃必便,食物泥蔬果比例是否应该调整--请有经验妈妈帮忙

各位前辈:

我是小肉圆的妈妈,肉圆六个月又十天去打预防针

体重72kg, 生长曲线落在10-25%

身高675cm,落在75-90%之间

医生说有点瘦

但是肉圆目前一日三餐,除了早餐纯母奶之外

另外两餐喝完母奶都还可以吃一碗半(300cc)到两碗(400cc)食物泥

吃了这么多,体重还是一直在尾端,而且一日三大便,便便都蛮多的

不过倒是没有便秘或是拉肚子

医生与小姑(两个孩子的妈了)都建议我把食物泥比例调整一下

蔬果不要那么多(就是百岁医生的比例),因为纤维质太多了所以便便很多

原本的比例,澱粉跟蛋白质只佔一半所以体重增加缓慢

我想想也觉得有道理

请问有经验的妈妈,为什么百岁医生的比例蔬果一定要佔一半呢?

(我们大人吃饭也不会吃食量一半的蔬果阿)

有妈妈自行调整比例的吗?比例为何?

调整的结果怎么样

还有一个原因:水果佔四分之一,有时候我自己嚐嚐都觉得太甜了

而且食物的原味也都被香蕉味、甜味盖住了

宝宝一直吃这么甜好吗?

目前我自己想的比例方案有两种:

澱粉、蛋白质、蔬菜、水果比例分别是:

A: 4: 3: 2: 1 合计是10

B: 3: 3: 2: 2 合计是10

1 If you read my book carefully, Dr Denmark actually does NOT a弟弟 vegetables

in the morning

2 Yes, it is absolutely fine to adjust your 宝宝 food ingredients' ratio according to

your 宝宝 Every child is different If you feel that your child is having too many dirty

diapers a day, you can decrease his fiber intake You can also change the KIND

of vegetables you are a弟弟ing I find that certain peas and beans cause

more diapers than leafy green vegetables But you can figure that out yourself

If you don't want to a弟弟 so much vegetables, that's fine Even a弟弟ing a little

vegetable is much more healthy than eating just a small bowl of soupy rice

or only drinking formula

3 Sure, it is also fine to decrease the fruit content, although I don't really think

it's necessary But if you want to, that's fine As long as the 宝宝 still likes the

宝宝 food and will eat an equal amount, it's fine to make it less sweet But really,

I think some people have a wrong concept of sweet food Most sweet food sold

in stores IS bad like candies and cookies so we discourage children from eating it

We also discourage children from drinking juice BUT, Dr Denmark's 宝宝 food's

sweetness comes from whole fruit with all the nutrients and fiber included It is exactly like

eating WHOLE FRUIT So, I don't see anything wrong with it It is illogical and

inconsistent to me to see grandmas complaining about the sweetness of

Dr Denmark's 宝宝 food while constantly trying to push their to弟弟lers to

consume milk, juice, bread cookies and cakes, which are all sweet AND unhealthy

4 As I've said in other articles, babies love the taste of Dr Denmark's 宝宝 food

just like they love sweet, warm breast milk I never had to change the taste of it for

my three girls, and each of them ate this same tasting food for over a year of their lives

Having sweet breast milk and then sweet 宝宝 food has NOT hindered my children's

appetite once they began table food Remember, Dr Denmark has had almost 100 years

of experience feeding little people her special food

5 Although I think the frequency of a 宝宝's stool is worth considering, I don't think a

child's weight is of much concern As long as the 宝宝 is growing, is healthy and active,

is sleeping well and developing well, I would not worry too much about a child's weight

六个月的宝宝副食品每天只要吃水果1-2茶匙+4汤匙米麦粉就好了喔

还不用吃蔬菜咧

奶多喝点才会长得好
